Found what I believe is an old hay rake, can anyone help identify?

It has 2 big wheels on the front, only steel not rubber or that type on them and a seat and on the back it has small wheels, then between that it has the regular rake looking things. It has to have been pulled by horse or some animal and has like a piece of wood that it would have hooked up to. the wood is barely hanging on and looks like maybe a piece of old railroad tie. I am looking for an aprox year and manufacturer. If you have any idea at all I can go from there. THANKS TO ALL WHO RESPOND!!!

There is no way to tell a year or manufacturer with this info. You need to try and find a picture of some old machinery to compare to. Try googling “vintage hay rake” “dump rake” “John Deere” “New Idea” “horse drawn hay equipment” or similar things, and see if you can find a picture like yours. Other responder is correct tho, unless you have a long lost concept model, the only value is for scrap. But they do look nice painted up, sitting in the yard!
