How much should i settle for?

My mother went in to the hospital to get her pacemaker charged. The doctor was in a huge hurry and started prepping her without the Anesthesiologist knocking her out first. They tied her arms down and put a sheet over her head! She screamed and pleaded for them to stop and they didn’t. She felt like she was getting tortured. Then they gave her the wrong pain medicine after. She went through alot of pain and agony after the whole situation and is going to attempt to get some justice. How much should she ask for for her pain and suffering due to their malpractice??

That’s terrible! My sympathies to your mom. Like the others have said, get a lawyer. Keep in mind that justice may not be in the form of monetary compensation, but at the very least, the performers in this should be heavily disciplined. Good luck.
