Leather Neckties

Clothing
Modern human society has always worn clothing, a topic that encompasses a wide variety of materials that cover the body. The Primary purpose of clothing is to function as a protection from the elements. Safety enhancements are made on clothing, some activities include hiking, cooking, or sports. By creating a barrier, the skin and environment have less risk for germs, diseases, and toxins entering the body.
Clothing also acts as an important social and cultural function. Uniforms help identify authority figures or personnel, teams, groups or affiliations. And in most societies, clothing is the standard of modesty, religion, gender and social status. Clothing is also worn to show personal expression or decoration.
Different materials have been used over time for clothing, everything from leather, fur, natural and synthetic fibers. Scientists estimate that humans started wearing clothing around the Neolithic Age, or as long as 650,000 years. Articles that are worn on a single part of the body and easily removed are called accessories.
One of the most important reasons why we were clothing is to be comfortable. Clothing provides protection from wind or sun damage, and insulate in cold weather. Thinner layers are usually worn in warm seasons, and thick clothing is usually worn in cold seasons.
Clothing solutions to environmental hazards include space suits, air conditioned clothing, armor, diving suits, bee-keeper gear, motorcycle leathers, high-visibility clothing and much more. The distinction been clothing and protective equipment is not always clear since some clothing were designed to be fashionable can be protective and vice versa.
In many parts of the world, gender differentiation of clothing is deemed appropriate for men and women. Varieties in styles, colors and fabrics differentiate the genders.
It is generally acceptable for women to wear traditional men’s clothing, while the opposite is taboo and unusual.
In Western society, skirts, dresses and high-heeled shoes are usually seen as women’s clothing, while suits and neckties are considered men’s clothing. In some cultures, it is the law for a man to wear what is considered men’s clothing there, and for a woman to wear what is considered appropriate women’s clothing.
Certain people of that religion to signify their status, cleanliness, or digression wear religious clothing. It can also be worn for officiating or to indicate purity.
Ethnic pieces of clothing are worn on special occasions for certain roles or occupations. Examples are the Hanboks Korean people wear, the Tepenu a Tongan man may wear, the dhoti for men and sari for men in India, the Scottish Kilt or the Japanese sarong.
In the thousands of years that humans have spent constructing clothing, they have created an amazing array of styles, many of which have been reconstructed from surviving art pieces as well as from written descriptions.
By the 21st century, western clothing has become international styles. The process of cultural assimilation has been perpetuated over the centuries as the Western culture and style spread to other nations. As the world of clothing continues to change, new cultures will influence new technological innovations. Different and new clothing are in the works for adjustment of temperature, absorb liquids, and generate electricity and so on.
